What website is free to find criminal background checks?

Is there a website that is free to find criminal background checks? Some want your credit or debit card number I don’t want to enter that information. Please Help!!!

My suggestion is to get a prepaid CC like from the gas station or drug store if you are concerned. I have used intelius for work ( I do HR) and personal and I have never had a problem. Hope that helps.
